Css tutorials

This was originally going to be an ecourse, spread over several weeks. It soon became apparent that an email wouldn't be the best way to present this information. I will need to use screenshots, and that will make things difficult for those with plain text email settings.

Also, size would become an issue. So, a series of PDFs that you can download seems to be the best option.

We start off with a very basic html page. just some text and a couple of images. Then step by step, we add to the stylesheet, creating a tabless layout that wil look great in any browser.

There will be a new PDF added as often as I can manage. By the end of the series, you will know more about css than 99% of people on the SBI forums. YOU will be the ones answering the questions, not asking them.

You should also end up knowing how to construct your own classes, ids, and make a stylesheet from scratch.

part 1

After suffering a hard drive failure a while back, I lost a lot of material. Unfortunately, one of the things I lost was the next two parts of the css course, which I hadn't uploaded (also quite a few pages I had ready for this site). So I will have to redo them. Sorry for the delay....this will take some time to get done. When I can redo them, then I will post them on this page for you to download.
